An excellent spa facility with a wonderful pool looking out onto the lake and mountains, steam room and saunas. Overlooking the lake with lido conveniently below. The restaurant has wonderful views onto the lake and is nicely decorated and dinner very nice but quite expensive. The tuna carpaccio to start was lovely and the lavender panacotta was really delicious. Bicycles are available to cycle into the centre and the location is accessible by boat, as well as car. Staff were very helpful, and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival was a nice touch.
The rooms on the lake front are clearly modernised and the picture on Booked.net reflects these rooms. However, the room I booked which was located at the rear of the hotel, although a very reasonable price and clean, was certainly not refurbished and did not look like the example picture.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even arranged for me to be picked up from the ferry, making my arrival seamless and stress-free. The hotel is situated in a breathtakingly beautiful location, with stunning lake views that truly took my breath away. I opted for a room with a balcony and I was not disappointed. The spacious room and comfortable bed provided the perfect sanctuary to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. With its stunning location, top-notch service, and excellent amenities, this place truly provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

Fantastic staff and beautiful food and location. Punches above it's weight for it's class. The second time that we have been here (2 years apart) and would go again.

We had a fantastic stay right on the lake. The hotel had clean facilities, great parking, and close proximity to adjacently located restaurants, boat trips to Lucerne, and the tall church. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, including providing transportation to and from the pier. Breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options.
No negatives from this place.

It was situated right on the lake, providing guests with stunning views from their rooms. the pier for boat trips to nearby destinations was within walking distance, allowing for an easy and convenient way to explore the area. there were many great restaurants nearby, making dining options plentiful. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and spa facilities, which were wonderful amenities to have on-site.
The hotel charged an additional fee for WiFi access, which we found to be unexpected given the hotel's other amenities and location.

Stayed in a hotel in a Swiss city by the lake. the location was fantastic as it was only a short walk to the ferry. the balcony had a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the lake. the spa facilities were great with lots of options for relaxation. the pool was nice and the restaurant food was excellent.
The instruction signs and some menus were only in German, making it difficult for non-native speakers. the Wi-Fi was not free which was unexpected for the cost of the hotel.

Lovely setting with stunning views of the mountains and lake; easy access to public transportation; comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel also offers both indoor and outdoor pools, making it perfect for any season.
the staff in the breakfast room appeared aloof and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Nonetheless, the hotel is a fine option if you're looking for a convenient location with great views and comfortable facilities.
